Sea+Land Transport, e.K. was established in Nürnberg in the year 2000 by Mr. Michael Schmidt who has more than 30 years experience in the deepsea chartering, working in Hamburg and overseas. Member with the Association of Inland Shipagents e.V (VBS)., Düsseldorf.

Main activities:

Chartering broker.
concentrating on tonnage in the size from 1.000 to 12.000 ts trading within Mediterreanean, Adriatic, Black Sea, Red Sea, Arabian Gulf, India and Far East. World Wide shipments for heavy-lift and project cargoes.

Broker for Reefer cargoes : Bananas/Citrus from South America and South Africa to ports in the Adriatic.

Agent and broker
for sea- and inland-transport related matters like cargohandling, loading and discharging, railtransport and forwarding via North Adriatic ports. Especially for conventional cargoes of abt 500/3.500 ts to/from South/East Germany requiring further transport by charter tonnage.

Consultant for seatransports,
participating in a feasibility study of the European Union for establishing a regular container train Nürnberg / Koper
